In joining our Corrugated Carton Products team based in Beresfield, you will partner with a varied customer base to offer bespoke solutions whilst operating within a small team focused structure that will both engage and challenge you throughout your journey with us.
Reporting to the CCP Sales Manager for Newcastle, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a small portfolio of clients whilst supporting the day to day operations in both sales and customer service. At times you will be on your own, so you must be able to run your own show as well as balance between fostering existing relationships, managing key accounts, and working with the wider CCP group to deliver to our customer’s needs.
Located in Beresfield you are a go getter who is passionate about sales and customer service, be outgoing and have exceptional IT skills, have a solid work record and some experience in the sales support environment. This position offers a challenging and rewarding entry into the Sales domain.
Your Day to Day
Servicing and growing our existing account base
Researching and developing new customer opportunities
Providing quotes and samples to establish product specifications
Follow up with the factory for delivery updates and proactively attend to all customer enquiries
Partnering with cross functional stakeholders to maintain control over new and existing jobs
Managing multiple systems to record and report on sales cycles and update pricing
Adhoc administration duties as required
What Need to Succeed:
Experienced within Customer Service, Internal or External sales
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with multiple systems
Ability to demonstrate a strong attention to detail
A positive outlook with a flexible attitude to do what needs to be done and a great sense of humour
Be self-driven and able to work on your own or in a team environment
Previous experience working in a similar role is desirable but not essential
Outstanding relationship building, coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills will be key in this role
