The Opportunity 

At Visy Glama, part of Visy Board, we offer premium branded cardboard packaging and Point of Sale displays to small, medium and large businesses.

Based at our Visy Glama site in Kilsyth and reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of customer service by processing orders, developing and maintaining customer relationships, whilst liaising closely with key stakeholders such as Sales, Operations and Supply Chain.

You will be an energetic, autonomous all-rounder dedicated to maintaining strong business relationships and ensuring excellence in customer experience.  No two days will ever be the same in this team!

The key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Respond to all customer enquiries either via email or phone call in a timely manner
  • Placing and checking customer purchase orders
  • Monitoring orders through production and advising of any delays
  • Working with schedulers to assist with completion of urgent requirements

What you need to bring to the role:

  • Strong administrative experience and exceptional customer service skills
  • You are a true team player, have the ability to work well in a team but also be confident enough to handle things on your own
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders
  • Be a highly motivated, driven and organised individual who masters the art of prioritising
