Based in Yatala, Queensland, the Inventory Manager will report into the Operations Manager.

  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure high accuracy levels.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full stocktakes to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper tracking and documentation of stock movements, including inbound, outbound, and storage.
  • Minimize stock write-offs, losses, and damages through best practices in inventory management.
  • Utilize SAP the warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory levels and generate reports.
  • Identify inefficiencies in inventory management and implement process improvements.
  • Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to optimize space utilization and stock rotation.

What You Will Bring: 

  • Previous experience in inventory management
  • Strong understanding of WMS and inventory tracking systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to warehousing and logistics.
