About the role
Visy Logistics is seeking a WMS Business Analyst to support the design, delivery, enhancement and optimisation of Visy Logistics’ Warehouse Management Systems across Australia. Working across platforms including Ramco, Paperless, and CargoWise or external customer‑specific systems, this role ensures our warehouse technology aligns with operational workflows, customer requirements, inventory accuracy and safety standards.
You’ll play a key role in new site start-ups, customer implementations, process design, testing and post‑go‑live stabilisation, working closely with operations, IT, vendors and project teams to deliver smooth, reliable system outcomes.
What you will do:
- Support discovery workshops and document clear business and system requirements.
- Assist with WMS configuration, build test scripts and support UAT and defect resolution.
- Help prepare for go‑lives through data validation, cutover tasks and post‑go‑live support.
- Identify improvement opportunities, troubleshoot issues and support end users with guidance and documentation.
- Create process maps, user guides and release notes, and support training and change activities.
- Work closely with operations, IT and vendors to support system changes and ensure smooth delivery.
What you will bring:
- Experience in Business Analysis or warehouse systems roles, within logistics or supply chain.
- Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems and supporting digital & operational transitions.
- Strong documentation, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Highly organised, structured and able to manage competing priorities while supporting multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
