Visy Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator join our Shepparton operations.

The Role:
Reporting to the DC Manager, the Logistics Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our transport activities. This role requires strong administrative capability, excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of logistics processes. You will ensure all scheduling, documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time, helping to maintain safe, efficient and reliable fleet operations.
What you'll do:
- Support daily planning and scheduling with accurate data entry
- Communicate with drivers about daily tasks and required paperwork
- Maintain and process run sheets, PODs, timesheets and transport documents
- Keep driver hours and compliance records up to date
- Assist with rostering, leave updates and general resource planning
- Coordinate with compliance and safety teams to maintain accurate documentation
- Update service and maintenance schedules and liaise with service providers
- Provide friendly, professional support to customers, drivers and internal teams
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in an administration or fleet allocator role within transport or logistics.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of OH&S, CoR & NHVR legislation
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- A continuous improvement mindset with good change management experience.
- Ability to communicate and build strong relationships internally and externally.
