Role Details
Reporting to the State General Manager Queensland, the Commercial Manager plays a critical role in supporting Visy Board’s commercial performance across the Queensland business. You will partner closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Design to deliver robust pricing, margin management and commercial governance.
This role leads the Commercial / Costings function, ensuring accurate and timely pricing, contract management, profitability analysis and continuous improvement across products, customers and sites. You will contribute to strategic planning, support value engineering and productivity initiatives, and provide commercial insight to support business decision making.
You will also play a key role within the Queensland leadership team, helping shape strategy, improving commercial discipline and driving sustainable profit growth across the business.

• Proven commercial experience, focusing on product pricing and attention to detail
• Strong numerical, analytical and commercial acumen
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Ability to influence across sales, operations and supply chain
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience in margin analysis, costing and contract management
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capability
• Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain or FMCG environments
• SAP, BI or similar systems experience highly regarded
• Commercial or accounting qualification preferred
