Visy Paper Sales is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our Essendon Fields team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager – Global Paper Sales, in this customer-centric role, you’ll be the key link between our clients and the seamless movement of goods across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll manage documentation, coordinate shipments, liaise with logistics, and ensure every delivery meets our high standards of service and efficiency. Engaging with our customers via phone and email, you will effectively manage and resolve enquiries in a values-led manner. Your focus will be on delivering service excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and embedding a customer-first mindset across the organisation.
What you will do:
- Manage day-to-day enquiries, booking requests, and updates
- Process orders, returns, and cancellations in internal database
- Coordinate and plan paper deliveries to both domestic and export customers
- Oversee deliveries and manage customs clearance requirements to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring orders are manufactured and packed to customer specifications
- Foster strong relationships through proactive communication, prioritizing both customer and internal requirements effectively
What you will bring:
- Prior experience in customer service or support role withing manufacturing, logistics or corporate environments
- Strong knowledge of import and export operations and customs compliance
- Proficient in international and local shipping and road transport
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
