Role Details
Based at our Warwick Farm board site, this role supports the Distribution team to ensure freight, documentation and customer commitments are executed accurately and on time. You’ll be a central point of coordination between transport providers, internal teams and customers, helping keep product flowing efficiently from site to customer.
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role requiring strong organisation, data accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You’ll handle invoicing, POD reconciliation, pallet hire management, supplier processing and general distribution administration, while contributing to continuous improvement across systems and processes.
Safety, accuracy and customer service sit at the core of this role. You’ll support COR compliance, maintain records in Noggin, assist with NCR processes, and work closely with the wider site team to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
What You Will Bring
• Proven experience in administration, logistics, distribution or customer service roles
• High level of data accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 capability
• Confident communication skills with internal teams, drivers and customers
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• SAP exposure and pallet hire system knowledge (CHEP / LOSCAM)
• A proactive, team-focused and accountable approach to work
