Role Details
Based at our Gepps Cross board site, this permanent, full-time role is responsible for managing and growing an established customer base while identifying new commercial opportunities across South Australia. You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, taking ownership of customer relationships from enquiry through to delivery, supported by strong site-based operational and technical teams.
This is a hands-on account management role where success comes from understanding customer needs, delivering fit-for-purpose corrugated packaging solutions, and driving mutually profitable outcomes. You’ll work closely with production, customer service, planning and logistics to ensure commitments are met and opportunities are maximised, while contributing to Visy’s broader “One Visy” approach.
What You Will Bring
• Proven experience in B2B account management or sales, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management capability
• Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and grow new business opportunities
• Confident communication skills and the ability to influence outcomes
• Strong attention to detail with solid reporting and administrative discipline
• High level of self-motivation and ability to manage priorities autonomously
• Sound computer skills across MS Office and sales reporting tools
