Role Details:
As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions that enable seamless access and robust governance across the enterprise. Combining deep technical expertise with strategic insight, you will deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives while upholding the highest standards of security and compliance through hands-on execution and close collaboration with stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Configure and manage Saviynt Identity Governance, including workflows, connectors, and policies.
- Automate provisioning and de-provisioning to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Develop and maintain access certifications, RBAC, and SoD controls for compliance.
- Integrate Saviynt with enterprise systems for seamless identity management.
- Monitor logs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of identity-related incidents.
- Support upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning of the Saviynt environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard new applications and align with security standards.
- Administer Active Directory and hybrid identity environments, including Entra ID.
- Partner with security teams on IAM controls, audits, and governance projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and best practices.
What You’ll Bring
Mandatory
- Strong experience in Identity & Governance Management with hands-on Saviynt expertise.
- Proven ability in Saviynt configuration and administration, including connectors and lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle, RBAC, and SoD policies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced skills in Active Directory, Group Policy, and hybrid identity.
- Experience in Scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
- Expertise in Entra ID and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).
