Role Details
Based at our Ingleburn site and reporting to the Head of Sales, Plastics ANZ, this role supports the sales team by managing customer enquiries, coordinating sales activity and owning a small portfolio of SME accounts. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure expectations are met while helping drive sales performance and customer growth.
You’ll be hands-on across sales systems and tools, supporting proposals, presentations, NPD activity and customer projects. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring accurate reporting and follow-through on actions across the business.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in a customer service, customer support or sales role ideally within manufacturing or packaging industries
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage SME accounts and support business development activity
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Confidence working with CRM systems, sales tools and reporting
- Experience preparing sales presentations, proposals or customer collateral
- Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative approach
- Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
