Role details:
We’re seeking Process Workers to join our Gepps Cross Board Plant. These are permanent full-time roles, working Monday to Friday on a weekly rotating roster.
- Day shift: Monday – Thursday working 4am – 4pm and Friday working 4am – 2pm
- Afternoon shift: Monday – Thursday working 4pm – 4am and Friday working 2pm – 12am
- Daily overtime applies, based on a 35-hour work week
- You must be available every second Saturday
- Some flexibility around hours may be considered for the right candidate
What you’ll do:
- Operate machinery to meet production, service, and quality standards for the manufacture of cardboard packaging.
- Feeding product into the converting machines and arranging product at the machine discharge points.
- Assist in machine setup, dismantling and job change tasks for a production run.
- Perform quality inspection checks and other procedural checks to ensure the best quality is delivered to our customers.
- Maintain safe work and operating practices, with a high level of housekeeping.

As our new Process Worker, you will be a team player with a strong work ethic. You will be committed to working safely and engaging with all safety processes and procedures, along with the following:
- Previous experience in manufacturing is beneficial, though open to all backgrounds.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding role where you are on your feet for 12 hours.
- Continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Forklift licence is beneficial.
