Customer Service Representative
Engage with customers & internal people through phone, email, and online.
- Permanent full-time, part-time and contract opportunities based on-site in Tullamarine
- Rostered shifts Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm on a rotating basis.
- Must be available to work non-national public holidays on a rotating basis.
Role Details:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries. A Customer Service Representative is first and foremost responsible for delivering a quality customer experience with every interaction. Working across a variety of enquiries, you will:
- Handle high-volume inbound calls and make outbound calls as required.
- Communicate service updates and investigate service failures.
- Action and resolve service requests, including managing email folders.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet customer needs and expectations
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date customer data

- Time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills
- Experience with CRM system (no specific platform)
