We’re seeking Casual Production Workers who are safety-focused and ready to roll up their sleeves.
What you’ll do:
- Operating production machines and associated equipment for the manufacture of cardboard packaging
- Assist with job changes and associated tasks
- Perform quality inspection checks and other procedural checks to ensure the best quality is delivered to our customers
- Housekeeping duties and any other ad hoc tasks required as part of a site production team
What you’ll bring:
- Most importantly is your attitude, you’ll be performance driven, be adaptable to changes in the workplace and be keen to learn new skills, processes, and procedures.
- Ideally, you’ll have previous experience within a manufacturing environment and hands-on experience operating machines.
- Physically fit and comfortable working shifts – either full time days or afternoons from Monday – Friday.
- A reliable attitude and desire to learn as you’ll be progressing through the machine operating roles.
- Strong team focus, life experience and commitment to safety on site.
- Good communication skills, self-confidence, collaboration and team focus.
