Role Details

This is a pivotal role within our Pulp and Paper Division, reporting to the R&M Services Manager, with four (4) direct reports, where you’ll drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across our stores and inventory functions.

What you'll do 

  • Lead a dedicated team including Store Coordinators and Storepersons.
  • Manage inventory control measures to optimise stock holdings while ensuring operational readiness.
  • Oversee MRP replenishment, bi-annual stocktakes, and consumables management.
  • Coordinate transport and site fuel requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with national purchasing contracts and collaborate with the Central Purchasing Team.
  • Administer the end-to-end Material Mastering process and maintain object linking in the Asset Management System (AMS).
  • Support maintenance and production teams, especially during shutdowns.
  • Champion safety, environmental compliance, and quality standards.

What You Will Bring

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in inventory management with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Deep understanding of MRP inventory processes.
  • Full working rights for Australia

Desirable:

  • Qualifications in Supply Chain Operations.
  • Experience in heavy manufacturing environments.
  • Proven success in Material Mastering administration.
