The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager, this role will set the commercial direction and lead a national sales function to deliver growth, profitability, and outstanding customer outcomes. It combines strategy with hands-on leadership, giving you scope to influence the next phase of Visy’s packaging success.

- Senior sales leadership experience in packaging, manufacturing, or a related B2B sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of driving growth.
- Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
