Role Details:
In this 12-mth full-time fixed-term contract, as Talent Acquisition Systems & Reporting Lead you’ll be the engine room of our recruitment operations. You’ll be the ATS super user, driving systems optimisations, data integrity and enabling the TA team to deliver at pace. You’ll take the lead on recruitment reporting and analytics, giving leaders insights to make smarter workforce decisions. And you’ll enable our people through training, coaching and knowledge sharing, ensuring tools and processes are consistently adopted in the team and the wider people leader community.
About the team
Joining a team of 18 Talent Acquisition professionals, you will join a centralised function that works will all divisions across Australia and New Zealand to manage the recruitment activity for people leaders. Working 3 days from an office location, the team operate from various locations across the east-coast of Australia, predominantly from Essendon Fields.
What you'll do:
- Own and optimise PageUp – configuration, upgrades, vendor management and integrations
- Drive reporting and analytics delivering dashboards and insights that inform decision-making within the team and across the wider business
- Maintain systems data integrity, compliance and audit readiness
- Lead training, coaching and documentation to improve sourcing effectiveness and tool adoption
- Partner with stakeholders on strategic recruitment technology projects
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and Ai-enabled recruitment solutions
What You Will Bring:
- Solid demonstrated recruitment systems administration in PageUp
- Strong data analysis skills with high proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Experience with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search
- Ability to translate technical concepts for users and influence adoption
