What you'll do:
- Own Your Territory: Manage sales and reporting for your specialty customer base, with travel across regional Victoria and metro Melbourne.
- Drive Growth: Exceed targets by identifying new business opportunities while growing and retaining existing customers.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams to deliver profitable outcomes and promote the “One Visy” approach.
What You Will Bring:
- Solid experience as an Account Manager, ideally in packaging, labels, print, or manufacturing.
- Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels—rapport and trust are key to success.
- A clear, confident communicator who can influence outcomes and deliver results for both customers and Visy.
- Comfortable working flexibly across various Melbourne offices.
