Visy Board specialise in manufacturing innovative corrugated cardboard packaging solutions, using highly automated production machinery. The site at Wiri site was established in 1997, and has since continuously grown and developed, and we are now looking to recruit a new Production Manager to the team on a full-time permanent basis.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Manager will lead the total Production process of the Visy Board Wiri manufacturing facility.
You will be responsible for the leadership and management of all aspects of the manufacturing process including HSE, people, HR/payroll, process management, productivity, technical, and continuous improvement, along with production cost responsibility & production analytics & reporting.
Your previous leadership experience along with your demonstrated performance within a Manufacturing/Production site, and your knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Manufacturing Excellence, will set you up for success in this role.
