The Role:
Reporting to the Shift Manager, this role will be a full time fixed term contract working afternoon shift with our busy production team in Warwick Farm.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Operating production machines and associated equipment for the manufacture of cardboard packaging
- Assist with job changes and associated tasks
- Perform quality inspection checks and other procedural checks to ensure the best quality is delivered to our customers
- Housekeeping duties and any other ad hoc tasks required as part of a site production team
- Contribute to a safe working environment for yourself and the team
What You Will Bring to the Team:

- Have strong interpersonal skills (clear communication, self-confidence, teamwork and collaboration),
- The ability to work under pressure and display a good eye for detail particularly in quality control.
- Most importantly is your attitude, you’ll be performance driven, be adaptable to changes in the workplace and be keen to learn new skills, processes, and procedures.
- You’ll ideally have previous experience working within a manufacturing environment and hands on experience operating machines.
