Visy is powering the circular economy, closing the loop between packaging, recycling and remanufacturing. We believe materials are not truly recycled until they’re made into something new—and it all starts with Visy Recycling. As Australia’s largest recycler, our extensive network of recycling operations is integrated with our manufacturing sites. We collect and sort recyclable materials like paper, cardboard, glass, plastics and metals from households and businesses, and locally remanufacture them back into new, sustainable packaging.

 

About the Role
Based in Tullamarine, the Service Delivery Representative is a vital part of the Service Delivery Team, supporting Visy Recycling customers and stakeholders nationally. As the first point of contact for customer enquiries, you will play a crucial role in supporting our valued customers.  The successful candidates will be proactive, a people person, & enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.  

 

What You Will Do:

  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience during every interaction
  • Dealing directly with Customer via email and inbound calls
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls and handling enquiries
  • Actioning and resolving service requests, investigating escalations and service failures
  • Day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining the accuracy of the database
  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding updates to investigations and resolutions
  • Building and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • General admin duties needed to assist the smooth running of the service team
  • Data entry – processing and updating client’s information
