We are seeking a Technical Manager to lead a team of skilled service technicians and ensure exceptional technical support for our customers.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of service technicians.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve technical services.
- Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and quality of technical service delivery.
- Drive innovation by analysing service data and identifying trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Projects.
- Manage vendor relationships and stay updated on industry advancements.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years in a technical field, ideally with industrial equipment or automation.
- 3+ years in a management role, with leadership experience.
- Strong technical expertise in Hitachi Inkjet, Dobot Palletising, or Linerfree Labelling.
- Strong technical expertise in PLC, sensors and other electronic devices.
- Strong projects experience (end to end solutions)
- Exceptional problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
