Your Role Includes:
- Account Management: Retain and grow existing customer accounts while meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets.
- New Business Development: Actively seek and convert new opportunities to grow Visy’s market share.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to improve customer outcomes, resolve quality issues, and enhance processes.
- Market Intelligence: Provide insights to guide margin improvements, product innovation, and customer solutions.
- Cost & Quality Management: Oversee cost efficiencies and ensure quality standards are met to drive customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
- Commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, margins, and customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
