Our Logistics division is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to support the efficient and effective operation of our fleet management activities. You will play a crucial role in coordinating various administrative tasks related to vehicle acquisition, maintenance, scheduling, and reporting. This position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers to ensure our fleet is properly managed, maintained, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Ideally located in Clayton or the Southeast Melbourne area, you will report directly to the National Fleet Manager.
What you'll do:
- Maintain accurate fleet records and generate performance reports.
- Support fuel card programs, monitor expenses, and manage purchase orders.
- Administer fleet management systems and maintain asset records.
- Manage fleet-related queries, coordinate resolutions, and improve customer experience.
What You Will Bring:
- Extensive experience in administrative roles, ideally within logistics, transportation, or related fields.
- Experienced in developing and implementing quality systems and establishing efficient processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and fleet management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
