About the role
Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, you will manage stock procurement, scheduling, and fleet allocation, which includes linehaul and metro haulage services to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
Duties
- Fielding and resolving enquiries within an appropriate time frame.
- Providing first-call resolution whilst addressing customer expectations.
- Daily schedule management to achieve service outcomes.
- Monitoring Visy stock levels at third-party sites (3PP) to ensure all stock is correctly accounted for and returned on time.
- Booking freight for both supplies collected arrangements and return of Visy’s own stock held at third-party sites.
- Monitoring progress of logistics execution and resolving issues.
- Clearly communicating with all stakeholders to ensure operational delivery.
What you will bring to the team
- Prior experience in a similar role or field.
- Strong administrative and exceptional customer service experience.
- Technically savvy with solid computer skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
- Be a highly motivated, driven, and organised individual who masters the art of prioritising.
