About the Role:
We’re seeking hands-on, dedicated Production Operators to keep our cutting-edge machinery running smoothly and efficiently. This is your chance to work in a dynamic environment where your skills and contributions are recognised and rewarded.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor sophisticated production machinery, including injection molding and blow molding machines.
- Perform regular quality checks on plastic containers and packaging products to ensure they meet our stringent standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime and keep production on track.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to meet production targets and continuously improve processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety regulations.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly with injection molding, blow molding, or extrusion machinery.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery on the fly.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Forklift License (Desirable)
