Based at our site in Canning Vale, WA, we have an exciting full-time role for a vibrant, dynamic Sales Leader to join our successful team. As our State Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by overseeing our Account Managers and Business Development Managers, ensuring their success and growth. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring the safety of yourself and your team, ensuring compliance with all policies, HSE standards, and codes of practice.  

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 

  • Maintaining and developing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty 

  • Effectively managing and developing the sales team's culture and individual talents in alignment with our business direction 

  • Meeting sales targets, KPIs, and project deadlines while staying within budget 

  • Providing strategic direction to the business and collaborating with the management team to achieve our goals 

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our business practices and performance 

 

You will succeed in this role if: 

  • Proven leadership experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry 

  • Strong understanding of safety protocols, compliance standards, and customer-centric sales practices 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team 

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth and innovation 

  • A passion for continuous improvement and a drive to exceed expectations Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and environmentally responsible workplace. 

  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
