Our busy plant based in Beresfield has an opportunity for a self-motivated, driven Production Supervisor to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
The Role:
Reporting to the Production Manager, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Overlook and supervise daily operations of Production.
- Ensure machines are running efficiently meeting KPI schedules and customer requirements.
- Assist with daily manning requirements for all operating machines.
- Ensure housekeeping and machinery is regularly maintained.
- Report on attendance, absenteeism, downtime, and daily production targets.
- Provide safe working environment maintaining OHS policies and procedures.

- Previous experience in a fast-paced dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-confidence to work in an effective team.
- Strive to meet KPI targets.
- Provide supervision and guidance whilst having safety at the forefront of everything.
