Role Details:
As the Finance Manager – Services & Automation, you’ll lead financial strategy across our manufacturing and technical services teams. This is a unique opportunity to partner with operations and automation leaders.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for manufacturing and technical services.
- Deliver accurate month-end reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and cost management.
- Oversee capital expenditure governance and financial viability assessments.
- Drive automation and process improvement using Lean principles.
- Build strong partnerships with operations, commercial teams, and senior leadership and drive commercial outcomes.
What You Will Bring:
- Solid experience in finance and accounting roles within medium to large organisations.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP & Hyperion, with strong BI/reporting skills.
- Proven ability to apply Lean principles and drive process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, product costing, and inventory management.
- Qualifications: CPA/CA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
