Role Details
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Maintenance Manager will assist in overseeing production activities, ensuring safety standards are met, and supporting a team to achieve operational goals.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and hands-on to support daily operations and team coordination.
What you'll do
- Support health, safety, and environmental (OHS&E) compliance for employees and visitors.
- Help monitor daily and monthly KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in implementing cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to team members and help coordinate tasks.
- Contribute to training and development efforts for the team.
- Ensure work is completed in line with site regulations and standards.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in a process manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Trade qualification or direct experience as a Fitter/Turner or welding.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and interest in developing leadership capabilities.
- Experience supporting or supervising a team.
This plant operates on a 24/7-day basis, and you will need to be flexible to work additional hours as required, including being on our call-out roster.
