The opportunity:

Visy Technology Systems leads the way with the most innovative direct print, labelling and product inspection solutions, satisfying all your identification systems requirements. From small single task printers to fully integrated end of line solutions, Visy has the product range and expertise to get the job done.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing accounts whilst proactively driving and sourcing new businesses opportunities to ensure the growth of Technology Systems sales.

You will be technically strong, autonomous and dedicated to driving sustainable growth while working collaboratively with sales and service teams to ensure effective development of sales opportunities.

The key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Achieve sales targets through means of growing existing clients, with a focus on hunting new business
  • Provide technical knowledge on capability, requirements and improvements to achieve suitable solutions to of a variety of Labelling, coding and inspection application challenges
  • Work closely with technical sales and service service teams to identify potential growth opportunities
  • Develop sales plans and report on sales forecasts, revenue streams, product promotion targets, call plans, customer development and market growth opportunities
  • Complying with OHS&E policies and procedures at all times


What you will bring to the team:

  • Qualifications in Computing, Sciences or Electronics
  • Experience in Technical Sales, with strong business development capability
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, as well as tools i.e. email, word and excel
  • Autonomous with excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver
  • Strong, personable communicator with exceptional negotiation and relationship building capability
